Couriers for international orders:

For domestic orders, Shopee is highly recommended for cheaper shipping fees. However, for same-day delivery, we can opt for any of the following:

  • Angkas

  • Joyride
  • Lalamove

Our shipping address is located in Imus, Cavite. Thus, same-day delivery is only possible IF you are located anywhere in NCR and the Calabarzon regions.

Shipping Process

After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is to inform you that the order was received and is being processed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please double check your delivery address before checking out so as to avoid undelivered/lost packages.

To serve as visual evidence of shipment, we will provide you with a photo of your complete order package alongside a checklist of your order prior to shipping.

Finally, once your order has been shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent. This contains the shipment details and your order's tracking number.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Shipping of international packages are typically done within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery lead time varies and depends on the buyer's delivery address. Since we'll be shipping from the Philippines, international orders may take 2 to 8 weeks before it's delivered. For domestic ones, it should be 3-6 days.

Please note that these are rough estimates only and that we have no control over the delivery process once your package has been handed out to the courier.

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

Sellers are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. Generally, the buyer is responsible for paying customs duties on receipt of the package.
